Before we got to know Rachel, we did a survey on our friends and colleagues regarding their house purchasing agent. To our surprise, most of them are not positive with their agents at all. Before we worked with Rachel, we already spend several months with our former agent but without result, we almost lost confidence to be able to find a right house for us. Then quickly Rachel's strong passion and proactive working style gave us much more confidence. She delivered useful house and real estate related information to us by daily basis. Only after two weeks, Rachel identify one possible house at the area where we wanted to buy. She led us walk through the house and quickly follow-up on the offer preparation and submission. She also proactively get in touch with listing agent to get first hand information. We went from the first offer to closing in less than 21 days. The entire buying process could not have been more user-friendly. I would say without her we could not get the deal done in such short term smoothly.
After we closed the deal, Rachel also proactively follow up on the post sales issues related to minor issue fix and service professional recommendation and negotiations.
